Creating presentations	PowerPoint allows you to create presentations, including speaker notes, clipart pictures, organisation charts and drawings.
Drawing and formatting	You can use PowerPoint to create simple or complex drawings, and to colour and format the pictures, shapes and text boxes that you have added.
Slide shows and animations	You can create slide shows to include transition effects and animations (so, for example, drawings can fly in from the right or suddenly appear on screen).
Charts, tables and diagrams	You can create tables, charts, organisations charts and many other diagrams in PowerPoint.

Typically there will be a few questions from each topic, of varying levels of difficulty. The answers at the end are analysed by group (so you might find out, for example, that you are a whizz at creating presentations but that you don't know much about charts, tables and diagrams). Don't worry if you can't answer all of the questions - the bar is set quite high!
